  4. Protocol of the general meeting of shareholders
  5. Approval of the premises owner at the notary’s office
  6. Preparation and signing of the founding documents of the company
  7. Articles of association or statutes of the company
  8. Opening of the company’s accumulation bank account
  9. Completion of the company registration forms at the Register Center
  10. Formation of the initial capital in the bank account
  11. Confirmation of the founding documents at the notary’s office
  12. Submission of the approved founding documents to the Register Center
  13. Receipt of the established company’s documents from the Register Center
